Call the main Clinic number between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday if you have any questions about your account.
- To check on your account balance: Please tell the operator that you wish to check on your account balance. She will forward you to the appropriate patient business services staff member.
It is our policy to ask that you pay for your office visits at the time you are seen. If payment in full at the time of service is not possible, the financial counselor will assist you in creating your own personal payment plan.
If you have questions concerning the charges for or how your statement is computed, please ask. The services of the Woman’s Clinic are offered at fees that are within the normal range of specialists in this geographical area.
As a courtesy, the Woman’s Clinic will file claims with your insurance carrier. We will ask to see and photocopy your current insurance card. This is helpful in processing claims on your behalf. You can help us save time if you make sure your particular insurance policy covers the service for which we are filing the claim. Even though we assist you in filing your claims, the responsibility for pursuing any delays in payment/response from your insurance company is yours.
The clerks in our insurance office will be happy to answer questions and give assistance to you when filing your claims.
