The Woman’s Clinic operator will answer your call. To avoid any additional transferring, please inform her of the general nature of your call; for example, if you wish to make an appointment with a specific doctor, any doctor, the nurse practitioner, or you wish to speak to an insurance specialist, the medical information nurse, a patient accounts representative or to your physician about a specific acute medical problem. She will then forward your call immediately.
Appointment scheduling
- Tell the operator that you wish to make an appointment. You may make an appointment up to 7 months in advance.
- If you have an acute situation and need to see the doctor on an urgent basis, call and ask to speak to your specific doctor’s office and the nurses will assist you.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This courtesy will allow another patient who needs to be seen to make use of it.
