The Kathryn Weil Center for Education is the community education department of St. Elizabeth Regional Health. In addition to the best medical care in the Lafayette area, we also provide a variety of wellness programs designed to keep you healthy.

Education is an important part of preparing for the birth of your baby. Just as each labor experience is unique, so are the needs of expectant parents. The Kathryn Weil Center for Education offers a variety of parent education classes to meet your needs.They are designed to help you and your partner increase your knowledge and decrease potential fears, allowing you to make informed choices.

Childbirth classes are offered in a variety of formats. When registering for your childbirth classes, consider your scheduling needs and your expected date of delivery. If your schedule allows, we suggest that your childbirth classes be completed three (3) to six (6) weeks before your due date.

While many programs are free of charge, registration is often required to ensure space. For programs requiring payment, you may register by calling (765) 449-5133.
