Joseph Shinn, M.D. joined the Woman's Clinic staff in September 2011. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he specializes in general and high risk obstetrics, infertility, laparoscopy assisted hysterectomies, incontinence and prolapsed bladder repair.
Dr. Shinn has been practicing for 18 years. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tuscon, AZ and completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.

Renee Knutson, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. has been practicing in the Lafayette area since 1984 and with Premier Healthcare for Women since 1998. Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she enjoys all aspects of obstetrical and gynecologic care of all age groups with a special interest in high risk pregnancies.
Dr. Knutson graduated from Purdue University with M.S. and Ph.D in Animal Sciences and earned her medical degree from Indiana University. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

Erin K. Ramirez, D.O. has been with Lafayette OB-GYN since October 2010. She is a native of Lafayette, IN and received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Southern Indiana and her D.O. degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.
She completed her internship and residency program at Genesys Regional Medical Center, an affiliate of Michigan State University's college of Osteopathic Medicine.
